Job Location: Fairfield County, CT

Position Status: We are seeking a dynamic, friendly, enthusiastic, hard-working entrepreneurial spirit to work in our home office. The position will include hands-on experience and exposure to various aspects of what goes on behind the scenes of running our company, directly from the groundbreaking sought after CEO, entrepreneur and mentor.

Responsibilities: The Personal Assistant will be responsible for day-to-day responsibilities in managing both her estate and the brownstone, the grounds crew, family members’ schedules, etc. Daily tasks and projects include (but may not be limited to) the following:
Managing personal calendar in coordination with her business calendar
Coordinating logistics for speaking events and conferences
Planning and executing both personal and business events at the home
Coordinate domestic and international travel arrangements for her and her family
Ordering and maintaining all office supplies and equipment at the house
Stocking household goods as needed (groceries, paper goods, etc.)
Maintaining neatness and tidiness in home
Managing Nannies schedules alongside her son’s therapy and school schedules
Managing all household pay
Staying current with mailings and responsible for the timely payment of all bills
Managing all grounds crews (pool, tennis, lawn, cleaners etc.) and handling issues as they arise
Handling of all incoming packages and making returns when needed
Maintaining expense reports (medical, personal, business)
Running daily errands as needed (dry cleaning, picking up Rx, etc.)
Provide support as needed and offer help whenever there is downtime
Being available to travel where the CEO may need you on a given day
Tackling any additional projects as needed

Exceptional attention to detail
Highly organized
Must be a self-starter
Must have own transportation
Creative, flexible, and possesses excellent teamwork skills
Ability to work with confidential information
Ability to multitask, prioritize, follow through, and meet expectations, with little or no guidance
Ability to manage a long checklist including professional travel, international and
domestic, personal affairs and calendar, home management, health insurance claim
filing etc.
Previous experience in an administrative capacity
Ability to handle all types of communication with professionalism, diplomacy, and elegance
Self-motivated, independent, problem-solver, continuous learner
Tech Savvy; proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Outlook, and Excel)
Comfortable working in a home office setting
Comfortable working in a fast-paced and entrepreneurial business setting
Motivated to learn about the business with interest in health and wellness
