Job Description:
- Paid Media Strategy and Execution

  • Develop overall paid strategy offering for the agency including understanding agency and our clients business goals and how we can best service in the marketplace
  • Serve as a key specialist within the agency informing macro strategy within the Influencer Marketing group
  • Work with clients to provide strong recommendations for individual paid media campaigns
  • Execute and recommend adjustments to paid executions as needed for performance optimization
  • Proficient at analyzing best potential audience segments and evaluating data sets to determine whether
  • strategy in place is the most effective
  • Measure and evaluate paid campaigns by deconstructing what worked and what didn’t in client friendly terms
  • Drive overall education around the paid media marketplace including analytics and targeting advances to the agency and clients

- Influencer Marketing

  • Identify potential influencers for a campaign based on client brief including research, leveraging tools and network
  • Present recommended influencers by compiling relevant information based on clients’ needs
  • Development of client-facing materials; scopes, vendor contracts and recap documents
  • Support by creating client-ready “sell-in” materials using Microsoft suite of programs (Word, etc.)

Campaign Management

  • Managing the production process for sponsored influencer content from briefing, implementation and recapping
  • Develop and maintain content cadence schedules and asset review process
  • Leverage best practices of social channels and timely FTC compliance
  • Develop comprehensive reporting to articulate campaign impact
  • Consistently communicate trends, shifts, opportunities, and statuses with your manager and clients


  • Attend regularly scheduled client conference calls
  • Attend in-person client meetings, and new business pitches; participate in presentations to clients and prospective clients
  • Coordinate conference calls between starpower account teams, and clients, agents, etc.
  • Schedule and attend weekly in office talent meet & greets
  • Participate in data entry and database management; leverage database to analyze and provide data for clients
  • Assist in the overall growth of the agency, including new business & networking


  • 3-4 years of digital and paid media experience. Influencer marketing experience is a plus
  • Experience interacting with brands, social influencer representation agencies, social influencer directly
  • Experience managing and developing internal teams
  • Strong written and verbal skills
  • Experience using social influencer identification and analytics tools
  • Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook
  • Bachelors degree; preferred if degree is in a relevant course of study; e.g. marketing, integrated marketing communications (marketing, PR, advertising)
