Company Description: Financial Solutions company looking for experienced Operations Supervisor to help with assisting and managing administrative/support staff..
Location: Jersey City, NJ
Responsibilities: Supervise administrative staff providing support functions on data entry. Implement policies and procedures for origination process, workflow, trouble-shoot technical issues and handle other projects and tasks as needed.
• Manage Data Entry/Origination team to ensure service levels are achieved
• Closely monitor workflow to quickly identify/troubleshoot any issues
• Maintain system of policies and procedures that impose an adequate level of control over company activities
• Continuously coach and train employees providing feedback as needed
• Special projects as needed
• Bachelors Degree
• 3+ years managing and motivating employees in a department that deals with complex and confidential data- ideally a bank.
• Passion for working closely with employees, coaching and training
• Excellent Communication skills (written and verbal)
• Extensive knowledge of Microsoft office products
• Detailed Oriented, excellent judgement, organized with strong prioritization skills
