Title: Office Administrator
Location: Los Angeles, CA

- Assist the wholesale and customer service operations with any administrative duties.
- Manage orders and make sure that ships arrive to customers in a timely manner based on their start ship and cancel dates.
- Communicate to customers & buyers if there are changes to production or ship dates.
- Oversee all admin duties such as: document management, responding to emails & phone calls, proofreading & editing orders, writing orders, etc.
- Manage operations and procedures related to office administrative duties.
- Minimum of 3-5 years of administrative experience, exp. in fashion wholesale a plus!
- Experience working in a customer service setting
- Excellent written + oral communication skills
- Strong attention-to-detail and sense of urgency with set deadlines
- Able to work independently & constructively with little supervision
- Appreciation for the fashion industry & active lifestyle brands
Salary: $50,000 - $60,000 salary + benefits
