Job Title: Manager/Senior Manager of Customer Service

Location: Los Angeles, CA


  • Lead and train Customer Service team
  • Oversee operational processes of wholesale, retail and ecommerce globally
  • Develop and implement  processes to achieve department goals/kpi’s 
  • Act as final point of escalation for team for customer
  • Development and implementation of ERP and BI routines to facilitate processes and reporting accuracy
  • Responsible of company invoicing in coordination with Finance department
  • Direct management of accounts


  • Bachelor’s degree in related field
  • 5 + years’ professional industry experience in a similar position, global/ecommerce is a plus
  • Ability to work across all levels and offices within an organization with a collaborative approach.
  • SAP and RLM knowledge is desired
  • You are flexible in schedule; must be available to work possible evenings, weekends and holidays when needed.
  • Some travel
  • Strong sense of urgency and able to work in fast-paced environment
  • Proficient in Excel, Outlook, Power Point
