    • Arrange same-day deliveries whenever possible
    • Track and analyze mis-shipments to ensure they don’t occur again and prepare chargeback reporting for accounting department
    • Ensure incoming garments are tagged correctly by factory and communicate with production to resolve
    • Assist customer service to respond to customer inquiries and refer clients to the appropriate channels
    • Perform daily audits and adhere to record keeping requirements for all international transactions 
    • Monitor daily Air/Ocean inbound reporting and effectively communicate delays to appropriate internal departments 
    • Monitor daily broker requests and independently resolve issues 
    • Facilitate monthly ACH documentation and backup for the accounts payable department 
    • Maintain knowledge of US and foreign regulations regarding international shipments and ensure government, customer and company requirements are met
    • Track and manage warehouse transfers and receiving
    • Familiar with compliance manuals and EDI requirements for all major stores
    • Maintain the Supply Chain/Vendor Requirements documents
    • Manage and maintain the open order report and communicate to sales and production of weekly shipping status
    • Work with 3PL warehouse to address and resolve issues with shipments and inventory
    • Develop and maintain business metrics and reports
    • Work with suppliers, freight forwarder and customs broker to ensure the timely submission of import documents
    • Prepare accurate bills of lading when needed in a timely manner
    • Collaborate with team, internal business partners and external carrier associates on all international consolidation to ensure freight release and timely delivery 


    • Bachelor's Degree in Business, Supply Chain Management or a related field 
      3-5 years of import/export operational experience with a carrier, importer, broker or 3PL
    • Must have intermediate knowledge of US Harmonized Tariff Schedule 
    • Experience in domestic transportation/tendering loads
    • Intermediate/Advanced skills in MS Office Applications (e.g. Outlook, Excel, Word, Powerpoint)
    • Experience with an Enterprise resource Planning (ERP) System – Preferred
    • Expereince with a Transportation Management System (TMS) – Preferred
    • Strong analytical, critical-thinking and problem-solving skills with a high attention to detail
    • Inter-personal, written and verbal communication skills to interact with people at all levels of the organization
    • Team player with a positive attitude
    • Self-directed individual with the ability to drive results as well as take balanced risks and make decisions
    • Ability to multi-task and establish priorities
    • Understanding of the complexities of supply chain costs
    • Ability to identify opportunities to improve and implement processes
    • Ability to offer opinions and support senior management and business leaders (internal)
    • Demonstration of integrity and ethical standards
