Responsibilities:

  • Order entry & release to warehouse
  • Submit orders for credit approval
  • Follow up on orders to insure on time shipments & delivery
  • Submit completed orders for invoicing
  • Handle retailers inquiries and complaints
  • Provide information about the status of orders
  • Troubleshoot and resolve issues and concerns
  • Document and update customer records based on interactions

Requirements:

  • Previous experience in customer service, sales, shipping or other related fields
  • Ability to build rapport with customers
  • Ability to prioritize and multitask
  • Positive and professional demeanor
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Proficient in Microsoft suite, especially Microsoft Excel and Outlook.
  • Spanish speaking is a plus
