Key Duties and Responsibilities

• Organize with 3PL (3rd Party Logistics Provider) the priorities for the warehouse

workload (combining Inbound, outbound and VAS activities)

• Organize, coordinate with 3PL warehouse + transport physical preparation and

shipment, follow up transport for shipments to/from the offices, warehouses,


• Follow the physical and system receipt of receptions

• Manage the tactical inventory planning activities: maintenance of inventory
parameters, ad hoc inventory analysis and inventory repositioning, dealing with 3PL
the necessary storage space for the strategy of the company.
• Produce Operational KPI's on inventory, cost, volume, quality, service levels (weekly,
monthly, quarterly and ad hoc) and report the variances
• Manage inventory control activities where required (physical inventory check against
• Act in areas such as logistics invoice verification and pre-approval and complaint
• Support process of monitoring electronic communication between SAP and the
warehouse WMS
• Responsible for Transport activities, mainly related to follow up of these activities
• Follow the warehouse activity in terms timings by the necessary reports.
• Follow and deal with the conditions of current and new VAS (Value Added Services)
• Prepare and report into the Operations Director every month the KPIs of the
Operations in addition to the Operational costs variances and reasons of such
• Support the Operations Director in the rates negotiation, providing him the necessary
data and operational feedback.

Capabilities (Skills, Knowledge, and Abilities including Technical Requirements):
• Graduate or university degree, preferably logistics
• At least 7 years’ experience in logistics/freight planning/administration
• Advanced knowledge of data analysis tools: Excel, Access : use and development of
• Experience with reporting, interpretation and analysis of Logistics Key Performance
• Excellent knowledge of Excel & PowerPoint
• Excellent planning skills: accurate and timely meeting of deadlines
• Strong analytical skills
• SAP knowledge
