- Partner with the Store Manager to drive sales and further engage customers.
- Ensure all team members provide the highest level of customer service.
- Lead by example by assisting sales team in building and maintaining customer relationships.
- Perform daily opening and closing procedures including paperwork and operational tasks.
- Keep store organized and presentable at all times.
- Support Store Manager by enforcing company policies and holding the team accountable to them.
- Minimum 1 year management experience.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Able to stand for long periods of time and push/pull/lift 40lbs.
- Must have open availability and able to work holidays.
