Role: Key Holder

- You have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, are passionate about traditional craftsmanship and love to sell.
- Daily operational management, opening/closing of store
- Training and developing sales team
- Responsible for all sales activities in store with additional operational tasks.
- Deliver quality and consistency of service including identifying customers' needs, developing client relationships, sales, and delivering post-sale services.
- Keep customers informed on new products or services, changes, etc
- Identifies and handles client inquiries and concerns
- Executes sales plans and participates in marketing events
- Communicates feedback gathered through in-store activities to store management
- Keeps records and reports on sales activities
- Personable, approachable, warm, welcoming, and courteous
- At least 3 years of relevant experience in high-end fashion, luxury industry or in similar capacity
- Passion for retail
- Appreciates quality products
- Foreign language is a plus
- Must be a good team player, pleasant, service oriented
- Basic computer skills
