- Manage relations with new and existing buyers throughout the season (ask for feedback, sell-through reports, offer assistance on current orders or re-orders…)
- Expand business by identifying, opening, and managing department stores, boutiques and e-commerce sites
- Schedule and coordinate the sales showroom appointments with accounts each market (includes managing appointments and liaising with buyers)
- Submit all Department orders for processing and have a complete understanding of Department Store selling reports, EDI processes, RTV processes, data entry processes to ensure smooth operations between corporate and Accounts.
- Coordinate with teams on all EDI orders.
- Schedule and coordinate visits to department stores & specialty accounts to perform product knowledge seminars, ensure visual merchandising standards, and to promote brand awareness
- Run weekly reports and provide monthly recap of brand performance
