- Creation and analysis of weekly sales reports
- Manage drop ship for all accounts
- Produce and maintain purchase order logs and buy sheets
- Assist with new account set-up process
- Complete product set-up and spec sheets as required for each account
- Management of sample requests
- Manage invoicing for outgoing shipments
- Preparation for key account meetings
- Calendar management including support on booking and organizing sales appointments
- Support setup of showrooms as required for Key Account Meetings
- Proficiency in and knowledge of Microsoft Excel, Outlook Calendars, PowerPoint and Word
- Ability to work in fast paced environment Good interpersonal skills; approachable and able to manage expectations of both customer and internal managers
- Driven and proactive individual with a passion for working within a high performing team environment
- Solid administrative skills with excellent attention to detail and accuracy.
- Previous experience in a sales administration role within a fashion brand or with international customers.
