 This position will
be a member of the Sales Team and report directly to the VP of Sales. The role will
work in tandem with the VP of Sales to maintain and expand wholesale distribution
outside of North America.
Expectations & Responsibilities:
• Main responsibility will be to maintain and expand the wholesale
distribution outside of North America and manage our external
distribution channels on the respective markets with focus on brand
building, growth and profitability.
• Maintain and expand the wholesale distribution in Europe and Asia
• Work closely with the company’s VP of Sales to develop strategies for
new development opportunities and expansion
• Effectively lead, drive, and manage sales to achieve maximum results
• Responsible for achieving the sales targets on the respective markets and
presenting new business development strategies
• Responsible for budget, forecast, and follow-ups Internationally
• Responsible for customer negotiation agreements
• Create and maintain strong relationships with all partners’ departments
store level and specialty
• Travel to department and specialty stores to manage all
• Facilitate and organize market weeks and handle all international
• Travel to stores regularly, conducting seminars to educate sales
associates on the history of the company, new products, designs, trends,
merchandising, construction, product value, and the overall brand;
manage in store visuals and merchandising
• Manage weekly sales reporting by store, category, and region in an effort
to promote and maximize in-season opportunities
• Collaborate with the merchandising team to manage product requests
and pricing targets
Requirements and Qualifications:
• 3 years of experience in luxury wholesale and retail sales for similar
brand or business
• Existing wholesale relationships and network on the respective markets
• Strong ability to negotiate and build strategic plans as well as implement
new business opportunities
• Analytical and strong commercial mind-set
• Experience working in a region, ideally adept in relationship building,
negotiating specific market requests, and building trust with retail
• Ability to motivate and inspire a team
• Must have the flexibility and desire to travel to retail stores and
wholesale markets
