The ideal candidate for our clients Integrated Media Specialist role will have experience in digital display, search and media channels.


This position is responsible for executing high-impact media campaigns across all channels (including search, display, digital video, meta, affiliate, etc.)


The Integrated Media Specialist will work cross functionally and collaboratively with their respective segment marketing managers and Digital Commerce teams to deliver marketing and digital platforms that build brand equity, achieve brand awareness and consideration, and acquisition goals among customer segments to drive consumer engagement.


The Specialist is also responsible for partnering with the integrated media agency to optimize media efforts, drive innovation, and stay ahead of the industry and measure/report digital analytics.



• Manage day to day integrated media agency relationship including manage channel and partner relationships

• Drive program performance analysis and reporting against goals; Analyze performance and optimize price, volume, targeting and placement to maximize the return on investment

• Monitor and take proactive steps to manage budget pacing according to media plan

• Review & understand holistic media recommendations from agency partners

• Manage promotional calendar

• Develop, execute, optimize and report on ad copy and landing page testing

• Grow and nurture cross-functional relationships to effectively communicate, collaborate and execute on projects/campaigns/goals

• SME for Paid Media by educating and updating the organization on the latest results and trends

• Stay current on trends across search, affiliate, display, video, social and mobile advertising and educate internal teams, as necessary

• Attend weekly analytics meetings to understand Media impact to the business

• Create weekly report and share out to the larger Marketing team

• Work closely with the agency to ensure campaign optimization cross channel



• 4+ years in media/advertising sales

• Experience with media campaigns across all channels including search, display, digital video, meta, affiliate

• Proficient in Microsoft Office suite and social networking platforms

• Adept at prospecting and using effective consultative selling principles and practices

• Strong client service relationship-building skills

• Ability to plan and organize  as well as set priorities and multi task in a fast-paced environment

• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills

• Understanding of market dynamics including demographics
