Title: Influencer Marketing Manager OR Director

Location: Los Angeles, California

Purpose of this role:

  • Increase brand awareness, relevancy and conversion via a dynamic, innovative and integrated Influencer and PR strategy
  • Deliver national Influencer & PR plans that serve our US business priorities and growth objectives, helping establish the brand as an iconic brand
  • Generate inspiring and engaging stories and experiences that connect with our priority consumers and drive conversion to purchase our products
  • Work closely with Head of Marketing to define and execute US influencer strategy in service of our business priorities and objectives
  • Lead Influencer Campaigns from ideation and pitching to campaign execution, including yearly activity calendar, non-paid seeding, strategic paid initiatives and event integrations to drive awareness, engagement & conversion
  • Identify relevant influencers for gifting, campaigns & ambassador programs to ensure a strong roster of talent and drive media outcome in line with our strategy
  • Manage contractual negotiations with talent and their managers/agencies to ensure optimal outcome for the brand while driving cost efficiencies
  • Build strong relationships with talent to foster increased engagement & identify compelling story angles, from day to day moments to dynamic experiences
  • Build US Influencer Gifting plan to drive awareness and conversion around our
  • Marketing initiatives and product launches
  • Project manage all influencer US events, execute with excellence from intimate breakfasts to large scale experiences reflecting our premium image
  • Analyze, measure and report on influencer activity during and after influencer campaigns to evaluate ROI, address learnings & optimize future initiatives
  • Proactively pitch new ideas to engage with influencers – ensuring compelling, cut through content that aligns with overall business/PR objectives and strategy
  • Propose opportunities for partnerships, sponsorships and advertising with VIP’s, brands or organizations to reach new customers, audiences, grow CSR and PR
  • Work closely with US PR agency on events, influencer & VIP gifting programs & paid partnerships & press strategy to ensure they achieve our agreed KPI’s
  • Manage affiliate initiatives with Reward Style to ensure effective ROI and comp
  • Leverage latest tech platforms & tools to measure & optimize strategy & tactics
  • Manage budget for all US activities & Master budget to ensure we deliver on plan 

Qualifications

  • 5-7 years’ experience preferred in public relations and influencer marketing roles within the fashion/retail industry with a strong track record of accomplishment
  • Ability to leverage insights and market knowledge to inform strategy and tactics
  • Relationship building skills evidenced by dynamic media & Influencer network
  • Ability to work remotely & independently, with excellent written and verbal communication and rapport building skills
  • Strong event planning and project management experience, including the ability to work under pressure, be organized and deliver quality work on deadline
  • Ability to adapt to changing business needs and demonstrate a pro-active and solution-oriented approach to the role
  • Experience working with Reward Style
  • Experience working with various tech platforms and social listening tools (e.g. Dash Hudson, Creator IQ etc) to measure influencer activity against brand KPIs.
