Title: Human Resource Director

Responsibilities:
• Plan and direct recruitment strategy, talent management strategy and teams’ engagement strategy
• Develop and promote Company values and culture in coordination with Executives
• Plan, select and direct implementation of Benefits programs
• Oversee, recommend, and coordinate employee relations resolutions in alignment with Company policies and applicable laws
• Provide leaders across the Company with proactive, consultative, and strategic advice related to policies, procedures, and best practices
• Prepare and issue official Company manuals establishing policies
• Monitor the implementation and communication of current legal and compliance
• Consult and coordinate with legal counsel on an as needed basis
• Prepare and submit reports required by law to be filed with appropriate agencies
• Manage the Human Resources Team across the Company
• Contribute to develop the annual labor cost budget of the Company and to adopt corrective actions to minimize variances
• Oversee the maintenance and integrity of employees’ data in HRIS
• Lead the search and the implementation of innovative, effective, and efficient HRIS solutions
• Maintain professional knowledge up to date by participating in conferences and educational opportunities
• Perform other duties expected of the Director of Human Resources position and assist in all other critical needs of the Company as assigned and directed by the President

Requirements:
• Enthusiasm, energy, and positive attitude
• Teamwork, continuous improvement, and process-based culture
• Minimum 10 years of experience in Human Resources Management, ideally within the Hospitality industry 
• Master of Science; in Human Resources/Business preferred
• SHRM – CP or PHR certification
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office
• Knowledge of Paychex, ATS, and Time Management Systems
• Proficiency in legislation and regulations relating to HR issues
• Due to the nature of industry, must be able to work a flexible schedule which may occasionally include weekends
