Title: Director of Customer Experience

Responsibilities: 

  • Track and manage the team performance against metrics and company goals for client satisfaction, team productivity, and budget
  • Managing our remote overseas customers service team
  • Build relationships cross functionally (marketing, merchandising, sales, technology, operations and finance)
  • Become a subject matter expert in the customer experience, particularly all the fine details of systems and processes 
  • Identify key trends with customer related inquiries and general client pain points

Requirements: 

  • Customer Service Experience 
  • Knowledge or interest in fashion 
  • Previous training experience 

Salary: Dependent on experience.
