We have an immediate urgent opening for an HR Manager
? Oversee and administer all employee records throughout all employee phases, including recruitment,
onboarding, ongoing/advancement, termination.
? Administer human resources plans and procedures for all company personnel; assist in development and
implementation of personnel policies and procedures; prepare and maintain employee handbook and
policies and procedures manual.
? Responsible for the bi-weekly processing of the Company’s Payroll functions with support from Finance
? Perform benefits administration to include claims resolution, change reporting, approving invoices for
payment, and open enrollment and communicating benefit information to employees.
? Assist in the annual performance evaluation program and advise as necessary.
? Maintain compliance with federal and state regulations concerning employment.
? File EEO-1 report annually; maintain other records, reports, and logs to conform to EEO regulations.
? The HRM will provide secondary support for the recruitment of exempt and nonexempt personnel and
temporary employees; manage the ATS; write and place advertisements; conduct new-employee
orientations; monitor career pathing program
? Assist and prepare all relevant job descriptions and documents
? Screen candidates as part of the interview process as necessary
? Prepare and present job offers, support negotiations
? Manage all employee record keeping and maintain employee files
Talent Management and Development:
? Develop and implement onboarding system for new hires
? Work with headquarters team to develop and implement relevant team or individual training programs
HUMAN RESOURCES MANAGER
? Partner with headquarters team to implement performance management systems
? Work with headquarters team to develop programs and structure for career and compensation progression
? Provide support for team Employee Relations needs
? Work with Executive leadership and legal counsel on Employee Relations issues as needed
? Work with management and leadership team to support a positive culture and workplace
? Review all employee disciplinary actions prior to being administered
Strategic HR Management:
? Participate in strategic management regarding people strategy, culture, management structure, and
? Evaluate systems, processes, and procedures to make the HR Department as effective as possible; balancing
resources with output
? Recommend new approaches, policies, and procedures to effect continual improvements in efficiency of
department and services performed.
Skills and Requirement:
? Bachelor in HR or relevant business degree preferred
? 3-6 years HR experience and passion for the profession
? PHR certification preferred
? Extremely Detail oriented
? Prioritizes tasks effectively
? Personable and professional
? Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
? Excellent computer skills
? Ability to work in a high paced environment
? Previous experience with Paylocity and Greenhouse highly desired
