Title: HR Director

  • Directly responsible for the recruitment of talent at all levels of the organization
  • Implement strategic organizational change when necessary to increase productivity and employee satisfaction
  • Plan, conduct, and constantly improve new employee orientation to foster positive attitude toward company policy's and goals
  • Maintain and distribute Employee Handbook as well as all company-wide directives and HR related policies and procedures
  • Mediate and resolve all employee relation issues 
  • Maintain responsibility for organizational compliance with federal, state and local legislation 
  • Assist executive management in the annual review, preparation, and administration of the organization's wage and salary program
  • Spearhead the company's overall training and employee evaluation process
  • Implement new performance management process companywide
  • Supervise HR team as well as Reception & Office team
  • Oversee company Internship program across all departments
  • Manage all PTO and leave related (FMLA, STD, PFL) questions and claims
  • Maintain HRIS system that meets the organization's personnel information needs
  • Prepare, distribute, and analyze various reports on HR metrics
  • Assist with renewal of the company benefits policy each year, inform employees, and oversee all administrative related changes
  • Conduct exit interviews to determine reasons behind separations
