- Ensure all personnel data is entered accurately into HR/Payroll Profile databases
- Review, make changes where necessary and approve time sheets on a weekly basis and update schedule of Paid Time off balances.
- Manage payroll administration to ensure compliance with regard to wage & hour requirements, wage garnishment, taxes, deductions including employee purchases of merchandise
- Remit employee bi-weekly 401(k) contributions and loans to Principal in a timely and accurate fashion in accordance with all regulatory standards.
• Remit employee bi-weekly Commuter Benefits to WageWorks in a timely and accurate fashion.
• Complete reconciliation and journal entries for bi-weekly payroll.
- Experience within benefits, recruiting, administration role
- Excellent communication (written and verbal)
- Credibility with employees and maintain confidentiality and discretion at all times
