Our client, a direct to consumer startup, is looking for a highly driven individual to join our team as a Growth Manager, someone who will lead the team to further insight about the company in the present and work directly with their Co-Founders, to develop long-term strategy to sustain rapid growth. The ideal candidate is excited to help tackle challenging problems, is highly adaptable and eager to learn, and is hungry to jump in and help drive growth at a young startup. 


Your responsibilities will vary from day-to-day operations to highly strategic projects. You will have a front-row seat to learn how we think about building our business, and you will have an opportunity to add value from day one. You will bring your past experiences to the role and will use your unique perspective to help us think creatively about how to approach the biggest challenges and opportunities facing our company.

Job Duties and responsibilities:

  • Drive acquisition channel performance to meet new customer and revenue targets and perform weekly, monthly, and quarterly analysis across channels
  • Manage direct response programs including Facebook, Instagram, Pinterest, Paid Search, Display Ads and Retargeting, and explore other emerging media and channels
  • Foster a culture of continuous optimization by developing and implementing a strong framework for iterative testing
  • Optimize the customer journey to drive down customer acquisition costs and LTV of customers higher
  • Scale new and existing direct-response marketing channels with strict adherence to KPIs: you’ve worked with Facebook/Instagram, Pinterest and Adwords before and live and breathe CPAs, CPCs, and CVRs

Requirements:

  • Entrepreneurial and confident spirit with a passion for the luxury retail industry
  • Self-starter that can take on projects and manage them end-to-end, seeking help and guidance as needed
  • Great at multi-tasking and task prioritization
  • Sound business judgement when interacting with customers, internal stakeholders and external partners
  • Develop and execute our digital growth strategy for acquiring and retaining our customers
  • 2-4 years professional experience in top-tier Management Consulting, Corporate Strategy, Investment Banking, Private Equity or consumer startups
  • Experience working in the direct-to-consumer space a plus (not required)
