Title: Global E-Commerce Manager

Key Responsibilities:
  • Set the global e-commerce strategy including sales targets and business goals for each brand.
  • Own and maintain global e-commerce budgets.
  • Define and oversee ongoing digital content planning and calendar; this including planning marketing activities, promotions, new product launches, and other activities necessary to support the brands online and achieve sales goals.
  • Develop and execute the site merchandising and digital promotion strategy of the brand, including special offers, gifts with purchases etc.; coordinating with internal Operations and Marketing teams, tracking sales results and profitability.
  • Oversee content management via Shopify Plus.
  • Collaborate with in-house Design team or outside resources for content creation, creating briefs and providing direction on needs; ensure content for copy/image/video assets is on brand and optimal for digital performance.
  • Oversee third-party resources/vendors for web development and digital projects, ongoing website maintenance for bug fixes, and new development tasks.
  • Perform regular audits of website content to ensure accuracy, timeliness, and relevance.
  • Manage digital acquisition channels, overseeing email marketing, SEM, SEO, retargeting and affiliate marketing efforts.
  • Manage the relationship with e-commerce related external agency partners, providing goals and evaluating performance.
  • Manage email marketing campaigns, defining email calendar and email segmentation strategy, overseeing deployment with direct report(s).
  • Liaise with the Digital Marketing, Brand Marketing and Design teams to support key brand focuses, key product features, themes, and campaigns throughout the year, supporting integrated communication plans.
  • Recommend and coordinate digital initiatives/campaigns to support E-Commerce with Digital Marketing and Marketing teams.
  • Propose websites' optimization roadmap, analyzing site analytics, test results, and industry trends and innovation.
  • Create and share reports on sales, website KPIs, and email campaigns performance.
  • Review analytics and shares insights with internal teams.
  • Monitor competitive activity, review digital touch points, propose action plans, and identify opportunities for sales growth.
Position Requirements:
  • Completed Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Communications, Digital, or New Media.
  • Min. 3+ years of experience in e-commerce and digital marketing.
  • Extensive knowledge and experience with Shopify Plus and CMS tools required.
  • Knowledge of Google Analytics, strong analytical skills.
  • Highly knowledgeable and well-connected within streetwear and/or loungewear category.
  • Proven knowledge of email marketing and managing email campaigns, search marketing, and performance marketing.
  • Excellent project management and organization skills.
  • Able to work in a team environment and manage cross-functional communications.
  • Extreme attention to detail, excellent follow-through skills and time-management skills.
  • Ability to multitask, prioritize and problem solve in a deadline-driven environment
  • Proven ability to learn new tools and software quickly and independently, proactive.
  • Passionate for all things digital.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills.
  • Excellent Knowledge of Microsoft Suite (Excel, Office, etc.)
  • Ability to maintain privacy and confidentiality.
