Job Title: Talent Acquisition Coordinator

Location: New York, NY

Experience: 1-2+ years 

Must have exceptional communication skills, relationship-building skills, and white glove customer service skills.

We’re looking for someone who has a passion for people and has a curiosity about the facets of Talent and HR. Some areas of Talent that this person will work on include: global research and analysis around competitive intelligence, performance development, recruiting and acquisition, developmental feedback, talent and career planning, change management, employee recognition, and overall organizational effectiveness and cultural assimilation.

Key Responsibilities

•             Detail oriented and organized:

•             Provide administrative tasks such as scheduling candidate meetings, travel and expense reports, ordering office supplies, coordinate large team meetings

•             Capture notes and provide follow-up on actions

•             Basic analytical skills and the ability to work with numbers

•             Collect, analyze, and report on data from a variety of sources, including internal HR systems such as HR Connect/Taleo, custom created surveys, and third party vendor tools

•             Assist in the development, refinement, and calculation of key performance measures and metrics

•             Support key strategic projects (e.g. develop PowerPoint decks; build benchmarking and competitive analysis; etc)

•             Verify and process vendor invoices, contribute to vendor relationships and maintain (and when necessary rebalance) vendor timelines

•             Manage some or all aspects of the project related budget (if applicable)

•             Comfortable with technology

•             Coordination of electronic projects (e.g., Intranet postings, setting up e-mail messages for distribution to employees, etc.)

•             Participate in testing of upgraded application functionality and structures

•             Be willing to jump in and help out where needed to perform other related duties as assigned or required

Basic Qualifications:

•             Bachelor’s degree from an accredited university in a related discipline (e.g., business, human resources)

•             One to three years relevant business experience is a plus, but not required

Preferred Skillset:

•             Clear, concise and effective communication skills and strong interpersonal skills

•             Ability to work collaboratively with and influence members from other departments or functions and across cultures

•             Knowledgeable technical skills, specifically using Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook, and a willingness to continually learn additional technical skills

•             Presentation and project management skills a plus

•             Ability to quickly grasp new concepts and present creative solutions

•             Analytical yet practical

•             Detail-oriented work focus and commitment to accuracy and quality balanced with timeliness

•             Action-oriented and results-driven; ability to multi-task and deliver
