Responsibilities: 

Support Finance/Lease Admin., Legal, Store Design/Planning teams within Global Store Development with administrative and ad hoc projects. Projects would include design presentations, manage design library and studio, update/create/format spreadsheets, oversee and maintain file management, catalogue and maintain in-house finish materials and manage store network photographs.

Finance/Lease admin:

•Update/create/format spreadsheets in excel

•Provide support with researching and processing invoices

Legal:

•Assist with preparation and organization of files as needed

•Assist with maintenance of legal department file room

Store Design/Planning:

•Oversee and maintain file management, catalogue and maintain in-house finish materials and manage store network photographs

•Assist with creating and formatting design presentations

•Manage design library and studio, order samples as required

•Co-ordinate and maintain key project documents (Snapshot, approvals etc.)

•Maintain project list and drawing uploads to Plangrid and manage access permissions.

•Coordinate and distribute meeting agendas

Qualifications

Required Qualifications:

•Proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, Word

•Proficiency in FTP/File Transfer i.e. WeTransfer or Dropbox

•Strong organizational, interpersonal, multi-tasking, project management and people management skills

•Strong communication skills, both verbal and written

•Team player, detail-oriented, customer service oriented, proactive, professional and positive attitude

Preferred Qualifications:

•Basic working knowledge of Adobe Suite - Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign (C-Suite)

•Willingness to learn Project Management software

•Bachelor’s Degree

•2-3 years relevant experience
