Responsible for data entry of customer orders, sales orders and work orders as well as informing team of an issues with shipment and out of stock items

MUST BE EXTREMELY PROFICIENT WITH EXCEL!
 
 
General Responsibilities:  

  • Responsible for Sales Support for the brand's Wholesale Sales Division.  
  • Responsible for data entry of Customer orders, Sales Orders and Work Orders for Wholesale into Anzio  
  • and D365.  
  • Responsible for daily upload of orders from Anzio to D365 and problem/resolution of orders.  
  • Responsible to inform team of any issues with ship on time or out of stocks. 
  • Responsible for all Sales Support functions for Clearance customers/orders  
  • Enter Wholesale orders into Anzio for all retailers.   Release for picking to Anzio.  
  • Process all Wholesale UK orders daily and update pivot table for finance.  
  • Create and request Sale Orders and Transfer Orders to move inventory between warehouses as required.    
  • Request and process Sales Orders for all Sales and Marketing team requests .  
  • Proactively report on status of orders and provide tracking information.  
  • Issue work-orders to the warehouse to repack or assemble products for sales and inventory use-up.  
  • Ensure that Anzio item master is current prior to releasing work orders.  
  • Issue Sales Order status reports for Revenue Meetings – status of current orders to Finance,  
  • Program status re: ship dates, program, bookings and available inventory.  
  • Issue month end out of stock Report.  
  • Assist in special projects as requested by the Management.  

             
 
Job Requirements  

  • College Degree strongly preferred.  
  • Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office is required, specifically Microsoft Excel.  
  • Good organization skills and strong attention to detail.  
  • Ability to multi-task and to react well under pressure.  
  • Adaptable and able to deal with frequent changes in work environment.  
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills.
