The Creative Services Project Manager is the primary point of contact for the in-house Creative team as well as all internal business partners, and is responsible for managing the workflow and resource allocation for the Creative Services team of designers and Art Directors. This role will contribute to the daily function of the Creative Services department with a key focus on job trafficking, obtaining project approvals/sign offs, and print and digital asset management.



  • Lead the twice weekly project briefing; shared tasks include assigning dates to projects, updating project briefs with dates and team members, routing projects thru Marketing and uploading briefing files onto the server
  • Manage the internal web-based project request platform in use by Marketing, Ecomm, and Creative, known as Workfront
  • Edit and maintain all project plans for Print and Digital assets, status updates, and timelines; communicate updates to corresponding teams on a regular basis; assign work to team members
  • Secure any and all project approvals and sign offs as needed
  • Keep project momentum going at all times
  • Oversee the Project Coordinator on meeting and presentation planning, creating and communicating meeting agendas to all invitees, and securing all materials in prep for meetings and presentations
  • Ensure Creatives complete their work on time, communicating daily priorities and adjusting those priorities as needed
  • Establish open and collaborative relationships with all team members         
  • Manage multiple complex projects on time and on budget
  • Work collaboratively and constructively on each project with others on the team including Project Manager, Merchants, other Creative Team members, etc.


Skills and Requirements

  • 4-6 years experience as a Creative Project Manager and team builder in an agency, production company, fashion brand or retail company
  • Excellent communication skills and proficiency in moving projects forward and identifying next steps
  • Build strong working relationships with internal business partners; management experience is a plus
  • Possess excellent project management skills with the proven ability to meet challenging deadlines and balance multiple priorities
  • Strong workflow management, planning, and problem solving skills
  • Full understanding of creative and digital processes as they relate to project management and project approvals
  • Experience with managing multiple calendars and efficiency in schedule coordination
  • Fluent with fashion copy language
  • Work collaboratively and constructively on each project with others on the team including Project Manager, Merchants, other Creative Team members, etc.
  • Proven facilitator of information, with exceptional follow up skills
  • Have project trafficking management experience
  • Fashion advertising background is a big plus as well as marketing experience with in-store, digital/web and consumer facing multi-media
  • Smartsheet and Workfornt platform knowledge key.
