About the role & the team

As Member Experience Program Manager, you will be a core member of the Member Experience team. Your objective will be enabling & coordinating a broad, global cross-functional team to work collaboratively to advance toward a shared goal of a brand aligned, seamless, and truly unified end-to-end Member Experience, spanning digital to face-to-face experiences.

 

Role modelling global collaboration you will:

  • Prioritize product/project timing relative to strategic vision, ROI, resource utilization and dependencies across other areas of the organization
  • Create and facilitate the delivery of the global CX programmed plan
  • Fully understand and articulate global, cross-functional dependencies across multiple projects/ products
  • Identify and communicate risk to the overall strategy given status of any given product/project status
  • Develop and maintain project plans
  • Facilitate global, cross-functional alignment by designing and implementing a project communication plan, including weekly stakeholder updates and product reviews
  • Partner with the Product Lead and Customer Experience Designer to define a roadmap for the Integrated Member Experience
  • Directly influence the Member experience by being a champion for the global CX toolkit & identifying opportunities to apply Member Experience Design Principles and ways working across a wide range of functions and projects that impact our Members’ experience
  • In partnership with key stakeholders, develop consistent framework & learning plan to measure impact of global pilots and trials, providing learnings to shape the global vision & strategy

 

 Experience required

• A Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field or PMP certifcation

• 7+ years experience in project management or Agile Scrum

• A high level of emotional intelligence with a broad communication tool kit that keeps people focused and brings out the best in others

• Strong organizational and multi-tasking skills with ability to balance competing priorities

• Detail-oriented with an aptitude for solving unstructured problems

• Strong verbal/written communication & data presentation skills, including an ability to effectively communicate with both business and technical teams

• Experience managing company-wide programs
