Job Title: FT Ecommerce Customer Service Temp

Duration: Ongoing
Location: NYC
Ideally looking for candidates with experience with Shopify, e-mail marketing, etc.
Responsibilities:
• Answer inbound emails/calls regarding order requests
• Enter orders accurately and follow up on order status
• Staying updated with product specifications to provide clients proper guidance
• Follow up on customer inquiries and ensure they are resolved in a timely manner
Qualifications:
• Must have strong written and verbal communication skills
• Previous experience using CRM and Zendesk
• Minimum 1 year of E-commerce customer service experience, preferably in beauty or skincare
• Bachelor s Degree required
