The Digital Operations Senior Analyst works as a strategic leader to maximize sales, inventory productivity and the overall customer experience.

 

Role Responsibilities Include But Are Not Limited to:

 

•             Conduct relevant .com project management, data analysis and business critical reporting

•             Identify .com opportunities and work cross functionally to implement them

•             Manage the LT Fave program to ensure the product array stays within standards and items are removed and added to the program in a timely manner

•             Work with merchants, category managers & item setup teams to manage NOS inventory

•             Maximize inventory exposure and productivity by ensuring items are eligible for sale on-site by troubleshooting and fixing setup/systemic errors

•             Work cross functionally to reduce .com order cancellations through process enhancements and defect fixes

•             Maximize store inventory exposure and .com profitability by working with internal & external partners on ship from store logic

•             Partner with site ops and the DC to identify and transfer aged inventory

•             Find customer pain points and .com defects and work with cross-functional teams to correct them

•             Possess strong systems and excel skills to be able to work independently on both ongoing and ad-hoc projects related to operations, reporting and analysis

•             Run & publish various weekly, monthly & ad hoc .com reports that support driving the .com business and successful execution of .com specific initiatives

•             Work cross-functionally to streamline .com processes and remove ambiguity

•             Assess the vendor matrix on .com, report on Good/Better/Best performance, and share learnings and suggestions with merchant teams, category managers and cross functional digital partners

 

Professional Qualifications

 

•             2-3 years of Merchandise Planning/Buying or related financial/analytical experience

•             1-2 years of E-Commerce experience preferred

•             Understanding of retail financial measurements and digital metrics

•             Excellent attention to detail

•             Able to organize and prioritize workload to meet deadlines

•             Strong listening, written and oral communication skills

•             Global business analysis and strategic/innovative thinking skills

•             Flexible and adaptive to changing priorities

•             Ability to work in the ‘grey’ and in situations where little historical data exists

•             Robust Microsoft and Google skills (Excel, PowerPoint, Google Slides, Google Sheets, et.c)
