Title: Freelance Customer Service Representative
Location: New York, NY
- Manage retail orders and provide customer service via email and phone
- Resolves customer requests, questions and complaints for accounts
- Handle all Sample Requests
- Prepare shipments and return labels on UPS and FedEx
- Schedule and coordinate deliveries for UPS and FedEx
- Answer, screen and transfer inbound phone calls
- General clerical duties including photocopying, fax and mailing
- Emails packing slips and invoices to customers as needed
- Be knowledgeable of all account information (pricing, freight, terms, etc).
- Be aware of all marketing and sales promotions for each Retail line.
- Works closely with the warehouse to ensure shipments are shipped on a timely matter and as instructed
- Understand importance to know what customer’s needs are and have a good system to follow up
- Handles incoming customer service emails and phone calls.
