  • Manage retail orders and provide customer service via email and phone
  • Resolves customer requests, questions and complaints for accounts
  • Handle all Sample Requests
  • Prepare shipments and return labels on UPS and FedEx
  • Schedule and coordinate deliveries for UPS and FedEx
  • Answer, screen and transfer inbound phone calls
  • General clerical duties including photocopying, fax and mailing
  • Emails packing slips and invoices to customers as needed
  • Be knowledgeable of all account information (pricing, freight, terms, etc).
  • Be aware of all marketing and sales promotions for each Retail line.
  • Works closely with the warehouse to ensure shipments are shipped on a timely matter and as instructed
  • Understand importance to know what customer’s needs are and have a good system to follow up
  • Handles incoming customer service emails and phone calls.
