• Oversee all inquiries through social media channels; Instagram, Facebook, etc .

• Excellent Problem solving skills

• Subject Matter Expert in all of the product to best help and recommend items to customers

• Personal shop for customers

• Create a seamless and great customer journey for all shoppers

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Fashion, Merchandising, or related field

• 1-2 years of customer service within a fashion or luxury setting

• Experience working with Shopify, Zendesk, or LiveChat
