The Digital Performance & Growth team works with the central and brand business teams to deliver and foster successful usage of commercial retail technology with a focus on helping to discover breakthrough business impact. Our goal is to continuously improve the commerce platforms through accelerated adoption of off-the-shelf tools and services, along with the support required to enable continued growth.

 

We are seeking a Customer Segmentation Manager to work across the brand's organization (with internal central teams and brand partners) and in close partnership with external vendors to build complex audience segments that will grow business for our brands. This person needs to quickly understand the expected analysis and customer experience, and build data profiles accordingly. Additionally, this role will own governance & process, assist in informing brands of personalization capabilities, and be responsible for communicating progress updates to internal stakeholders.

 

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

•             Creation of multifaceted audiences in Tealium AudienceStream

 

•             Audience management for real-time profiles

 

•             Detailed QA of created audiences and segments

 

•             Responsible for governance and process optimization of new audience requests

 

•             Maintain and organize available audience capabilities for marketers and non-technical business users

 

•             Organizing and providing business friendly presentations of available audiences

 

•             Assist in providing technical direction and requirements to Web Developers for A/B tests and other projects

 

KEY REQUIREMENTS

•             Extremely detail oriented with thorough QA skills

 

•             Strong technical writing and verbal communication with understanding of the dynamics of large organizational politics

 

•             Understanding of modern e-commerce technology stack: A/B testing, personalization, segmentation

 

•             Experience using 3rd party tools

 

•             High level understanding of business strategy in a marketing retail environment

 

•             Ability to connect 3rd party capabilities across marketing channels

 

•             Interest in retail technology with strong analytical and critical thinking focus

 

•             Excel, Powerpoint, Smartsheet, Any segmentation management software, (preferably Tealium AudienceStream)
