·Help prepare and maintain core quality boards for cross-departmental/divisional reference. 
·Attend seasonal kick-off meetings to review approved rigs for fabric/color/model direction. 
·Help pull quality options for boards for Design meetings that meet aesthetic and target price points. 
·Attend seasonal Design meetings as directed by the manager. 
·Assist with seasonal fabric developments, soft trims and special finishes/washes to include printing, technical yarns, special knitting techniques yarns, hybrids and gather lead times. 
·Help issue all sample fabric and soft trim PO’s. 
·Help track, review and comment on all fabric quality, soft trim, lab dip, wash submits for sample and stock approvals. 
·Gather all raw material information from vendors for ID# creation and set up in PLM. 
·Participate in any QA conversation with production. 

·Attend seasonal handoffs with Design and TD 
·Set up seasonal shared drive folders 
·Assist in the creation of seasonal technical packages in PLM and release all initial tech packs for proto developments and sample trim orders. 
·Create and maintain the product development seasonal tracking with the current status of programs to include stock units after OTB. 
-Assist with the management of line changes, adds and drops with accuracy and timeliness. 
·Maintain daily communication with partners to help facilitate accurate developments and participate in bi-weekly conference calls 
·Attend all fittings to document relevant comments made during fit sessions with a focus on BOM. 
·Assist with the management of handoff, tracking, submits and approval of any vertical embellishment developments through the sourcing team. 
·Document accurate samples and stock fit approval deadlines in chart and help monitor timings. 
·Attend inter-departmental meetings as directed by the manager. 
·Help manager compile DSK list and track and check in on receipt. 
·Help release proto and stock comments to sourcing office. 
·Prepare for and attend seasonal line reviews. Thoroughly review samples against tech packs to identify discrepancies. Recap line review comments and coordinate with Design to capture all updates into tech packs in a timely matter. 
·Participate in OTB tech pack proofreading and approvals and assist with making all necessary system updates to release to factories. 
·Maintain clear and accurate seasonal binders and archive trials and submits for team reference. 

·Update and Follow-up Illustrator Files in PLM. 
·Support and Updating Illustrator LineSheets during/after: Design final, Merchandise Line Adoption, and Weekly Add/Drops 


Skills & Knowledge:

·Bachelor’s Degree with some experience or internship in related field preferred 
·Highly detail orientated, thorough, accurate, motivated and eager to learn 
·Strong written and oral communication and follow up skills 
·Excellent organizational skills with the ability to prioritize and multi-task 
·MS Office, PLM/PDM & Illustrator Required / Photoshop preferred
