The team is seeking a temp to perm candidate who is a true techy and can handle system configurations in Taleo.

This individual will play a key role in maintaining our global systems, assisting in project implementations and supporting our customers. Must have experience with applicant tracking systems and the ability to translate business needs into system and reporting requirements. This individual must also be able to stay informed of industry best practices and thoroughly understand Company policies and procedures to ensure that decisions are in compliance.

Key Responsibilities

Responsible for system configuration. Systems include but are not limited to applicant tracking systems, performance management systems, reporting databases, interview and assessment tools, job landing pages, and job board 

Accountable for ensuring the successful delivery of system configurations and that progress is maintained within expected guidelines

Provide project management support with documentation of functional and technical requirements, process flows, design workflows, and meeting notes

Work with external technology vendors and liaise with internal partners to leverage technology solutions to ensure requirements are accurate and meet the needs of the Company

Lead system upgrades, deploy patches and perform system maintenance

Create custom, ad hoc, and dashboard reports using web analytics and reporting tools to monitor performance, activity within the system, and adherence to process.

Provide technical support for integrations, system defects and errors

Drive user adoption and gather feedback from users for continual enhancements and improvements

Requirements

Ability to execute multiple projects simultaneously and independently

Experience working in a global virtual team environment

Quick learner with strong attention to detail and accuracy to ensure the highest level of quality in reporting, data analysis, and configuration

Strong communication and presentation skills

Demonstrated ability to build strong working relationships with internal/external cross-functional teams

Ability to meet deadlines and handle varying workloads with a high degree of accuracy

Proactive, organized, detail oriented, and quality driven

Experience handling confidential information

Bachelor’s Degree is preferred

3 years of strong analytical and problem solving experience

Strong experience in MS Excel, MS Project, PowerPoint, and Visio, and report writing

4 years of experience in Human Resources

2 years of experience with HRIS systems

1 year of report writing experience
