- The Administrative Assistant will provide administrative support to the business leaders. This includes the managing of calendars of two VPs, assisting directors with meetings coordination, onboarding of new employees, managing time-keeping and related attendance functions for Global Procurement. The role will also be responsible for maintaining office supply needs and coordinate office equipment repairs as needed, facilities management, schedule and coordinating of meetings, maintaining office files and correspondence as well as maintaining general organization of supplies and work areas.
- The position will coordinate entering of visitors into Visitor Registration as needed, be the liason for mailroom services, coordinate travel plans, maintain/ update staff files, and support data organization of the business. There may also be additional duties as deemed necessary by business needs such as project support, and the assistance of management and their respective staff with special projects as needed.
•High School Diploma
•Ability to follow and uphold departmental standards and responsibilities
•Strong verbal and written communication skills
•Strong organizational skills
•Accurate and attentive to details
•Ability to be flexible and adapt to changing priorities
•Proficient in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel) with ability to learn new software
•Undergraduate degree preferred
