  • Perform all administrative duties to support the Founder and Managing Director including but not limited to, managing schedules, domestic and international travel, calendars, and meeting coordination
  • Track action items for the executives and proactively schedule the time required to address them
  • Manage the logistics and planning for any agency events and activities as well as internal emails
  • Compose and manage confidential correspondence, memos, business plans, and high-priority documents
  • Coordinate new business proposals and ensure proper onboarding process


  • Purchase and order office supplies
  • Coordination of office repairs
  • Communication with service providers
  • Greeting guests
  • Maintaining kitchen/bathroom and ensuring they are stocked
  • Scheduling catering and food deliveries for company events including team birthdays
  • Take care of overall office needs
  • Manage and execute special projects as needed


  • Minimum of one year of experience in an administrative or assistant position
  • Minimum of a Bachelor’s degree in Arts, Business or the equivalent
  • Strong written and verbal skills
  • Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills
  • Ability to multitask and work in fast paced environment and stay “one step ahead”
  • Organizational skills and attention to detail are essential as well as ability to manage multiple in a timely manner
