  • Responsible for the trading of the US and Canada websites and delivery of profitable revenue to meet or exceed the sales and margin targets
  • Responsible for sales forecasts including building the territorial sales plans and management of KPI's
  • Coordinating with the rest of the team to ensure the calendar of trading events is up to date to meet the needs of the markets and maximise sales opportunity
  • Optimise site through site analytics and onsite testing
  • Management of the service desk for bug fixes and development tasks
  • Provide analysis & trade reporting on daily, weekly, monthly, quarterly and year basis and be able to provide recommendations to improve onsite results
  • Critical path and roadmap management with the rest of the team
  • Ensure website is merchandised correctly with appropriate presentation of all category and product pages
  • Liaise with the digital marketing and marketing teams to represent key brand focuses
  • Ensure product detail information accuracy, including copywriting, image selection, and sizing guides
  • Ensure key products are featured, cross-sell & up sells are allocated and key customer journeys are reflected
  • Work with cross functional teams ensuring plans reflect the departmental forecasts, and the company's key product focuses on key product features, themes & campaigns throughout the year, providing feedback & information to the design team on key features/products available
  • Review touch points to identify opportunities for sales growth; including bestsellers, category traffic, top product views, abandonment etc.
  • Manage internal relationship with the US DC and customer service
  • Engage with technical team/agency to have a holistic view of the business
  • Daily/weekly site walks


  • Solid experience in a similar role
  • Online trading, merchandising or CRM experience with commercial responsibility Results focused with strong business acumen and a desire to deliver work of the highest quality
  • You'll have a passion for the web and sound knowledge of online selling as a multi-channel retailer, merchandising and operations including direct experience of Analytics, SEO, payment systems and fulfilment operations
  • Demonstrating excellent interpersonal skills, you'll have the opportunity to influence the strategic direction of the business in what is an exciting time
  • Self-starter, highly motivated and positive attitude
  • Ability to work simultaneously with multiple teams in different locales and different time zones
  • Experience of growing revenue and implementing improvements
