Responsibilities:

  • Main point of contact for day-to-day customer inquiries for various brand website
  • Coordinate directly with third party vendors for product set up
  • Answer customers via email or phone or live chat
  • Consistently monitoring accuracy of product content, product availability, status etc.
  • Reporting
  • Keep update of best practices for customer service communication
  • Drive revenue growth through customer satisfaction techniques
  • Manage and process all customer returns and ensure refunds are issued
  • Coordinate with warehouse 
  • Manage the Amazon Customer Service for the brands sold on Amazon
  • Marketplace
  • Collaborate with Marketing and Social Media team to resolve customer
  • Service concerns reported via social media
  • Support the ecommerce team with additional projects as they arise

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s Degree
  • Minimum 2 years in a customer service-related role
  • Shopify experience
  • Zendesk experience
  • Strong command of English 
  • Loop Returns experience a plus, but not required
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office applications (Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint,Word)
