Responsibilities:
· Oversee all customer inquiries through site, email, phone calls, texts, and live chat
· Oversee all inquiries through social media channels; Instagram, Facebook, etc .
· Excellent Problem solving skills
· Subject Matter Expert in all of the product to best help and recommend items to customers
· Personal shop for customers
· Create a seamless and great customer journey for all shoppers
Requirements:
· Bachelor’s Degree in Fashion, Merchandising, or related field
· 1-2 years of customer service within a fashion or luxury setting
· Experience working with Shopify, Zendesk, or LiveChat
