Responsibilities:

  • Online Advertising Management:
    • Google Adwords: Search Ads, Display Ads, Remarketing and Merchant./Shopping Ads
    • Email Marketing: build strategies for sales-focused emails, manage systems and processes and build and manage sales and profits from email
    • SEO: site-wide SEO page-by-page SEO, Product Level SEO
    • Attribution Advertising: channel crossover
    • Website Functionality Ownership: ability to map customer navigation path in order to drive online transaction growth and engagement
    • Web development maintenance and trouble shooting
  • E-commerce Specific:
    • Manage online store operations and collaborate with appropriate team to add/edit products, images, pricing, and inventory
    • Sales channel assessment – monitor traffic sources and work to improve quality and profitability from key channels
    • Customer flow, price, shipping, and checkout process evaluation and testing for conversion and profitability growth
    • Cart abandonment review, strategy, and implementation for regular improvement
    • Fulfillment and Logistics – Collaborate with fulfillment and shipping team to ensure the flow of product to customers is efficiently accomplished
  • Customer Service – have direct communication and insight into customer service interactions to gauge website and product needs.
    • Collaborate with teams and personnel to build and execute promotions, campaigns, and activities to maximize sales and profits
    • Analyze and report on competition’s online activities and recommend appropriate course of action
    • Thoroughly monitor and analyze website and sales analytics and use data toward continual growth and sales   improvements
  • Social Media Management
    • Manage paid campaigns on Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, Pinterest and YouTube with the goal of increasing sessions and sales while growing the consumer file
    • Ongoing optimization of campaigns driven by data and KPIs
    • Work closely with marketing to implement strategy and campaign identification
    • Brief and otherwise source all needed creative assets, working with outside agencies and contractors as needed
    • Manage and optimize paid budget working closely with the social engagement team to ensure all budget allocations work in a complimentary manner
    • Execute all bid/budget management and audience segmentation/targeting using various social ad platforms
    • Serve as our liaison with customers and consumers

Requirements:

  •      Bachelor’s Degree
  •      5+ years eCommerce & digital marketing experience in retail space
  •      UX / UI Development and Implementation
  •      Strong technical skills
  •      Knowledge of Shopify
