Responsibilities:

Launch wholesale presence for the brand among top-tier majors, must have current relationships

Develop key strategies and execution to achieve seasonal/annual sales targets for wholesale multi-channel accounts in North America and Canada

Partner with CEO on strategy and growth opportunities

Manage account planning process including plans by door, selling cycle, in season pre-buying forecast

Responsible for overall  profitability and GM throughout the season

Analyze classification sales and stock levels to realize opportunities for growth and bring forward to management.

Expert in competitive landscape in key US/Canadian markets

Understanding of production cycles, delivery flow in luxury space, fabric qualities, lead times

Direct merchandise presentation on selling floors 

 

Requirements:

Minimum 6 years of wholesale experience in luxury arena specifically knits and RTW

Relationship experience at GMM and DMM level within department stores

Strong business development, negotiating, communication, leadership and teamwork skills

Strong analytical skills and  expertise in managing assortments, margins, mark up, sell thrus

Strong computer skills: Power Point, Word, Excel, Outlook.

 

Salary: Base + Commission
