Responsibilities:

  • Managing luxury lounges across the country
  • Managing a staff of 10 direct reports, 30-60 indirect reports
  • Display of excellent white glove service
  • Customer Facing 
  • Responsible for mentoring and growing junior staff 
  • Analytical ability to recommend improvements internally (to CFO, COO, CMO)
  • Ability to manage external relationships (with vendors + business partners)

Requirements: 

  • Luxury experience in hospitality industry
  • Must be able to travel at a moment's notice 
  • Management of large teams prior
  • Excellent Customer Service skills
  • Ability to grow a team
