Location: Bay Area
The Director of Sales and Operations will provide leadership over all daily operations and long term strategy regarding to wholesale sales, corporate operations, people management and more. This role will have a heavy focus on Wholesale Sales including managing heavy hitting accounts. Along with the President, this person will drive all company vision and steps forward!
- Create strategy and metrics surrounding success to push company forward
- Oversee wholesale business and provide hands-on management to staff and Key Accounts
- Lead the staff and company in any organizational changes and/or advancements
- Provide impactful financial, administrative and operational solutions and guidance
- Develop measurable key performance indicators and ROI analysis
- Attract and hire new employees across all categories that will help achieve company goals
- Identify wholesale business opportunities for company to expand and grow
- Sales forecasting and review performance to plan and LY to make recommendations and action plan
- Ensure that each department is properly organized, staffed, and directed to fulfill its responsibilities
- 7+ years of Wholesale experience, ideally in a Senior Manager or Director role
- Strong understanding of the wholesale fashion industry, experience with gifting and/or accessories a huge plus!
- Experience leading a team
- Entrepreneurial spirit and ability to work in fast-moving, family run environment
