POSITION OVERVIEW

The Director of Human Resources will oversee hiring strategy; recruiting, training, and onboarding for corporate and field roles; policies; and communications for our rapidly-growing team. People are the core of our business, help define the culture. The Dentist as we scale to a national brand. Must be innovative, experienced, and entrepreneurial!

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS

  • Work cross-functionally with the senior leadership team to define the people strategy and organizational chart as scales
  • Manage all elements of the recruitment process 
  • Manage all elements of on-boarding and training, including enhancements to the Employee Manual and training materials
  • Review, develop, and enforce policies across the organization
  • Collaborate with the leadership team to run company events, meetings, and team communications
  • Be an essential part of the core leadership team

  • Exceptional quality of written and verbal communication

  • Demonstrated experience improving systems, processes, and procedures
  • Ability to work well both collaboratively and independently
  • The ability to multitask effectively and work well under pressure while adhering to stringent deadlines
  • Positive attitude, adaptability to learn and grow, self-awareness, desire to make the organization better today than it was yesterday.
