Position Summary:

Seeking a Digital Marketing Assistant Manager to support the Director on the development, production, implementation, and measurement of key digital and social campaigns.  The role covers multiple brands and works with both Regional and Global digital teams, as well as external vendors and agencies.


Job Description:

  • Support the Director and team in ensuring that digital and social campaigns are developed and executed with excellence and on time.  Responsibilities include agency briefing, asset collection, creative review and feedback, regional coordination, user testing and QA, and performance tracking.
  • Serve as the day-to-day contact for internal Brand teams and external agencies / vendors
  • Help manage and build strong relationships with internal stakeholders
  • Identify new innovation opportunities (new platform, tactics, partners, etc.) and launch test-and-learns
  • Collect and analyze campaign results during and post-launch to drive continuous improvement
  • Create key learnings/best practices reports and summary presentations for each campaign
  • Track budget for all initiatives, including estimates, purchase orders (PO’s), and invoices
  • Continue to refine internal processes to drive productive change to optimize scalability, standardization, and maintainability of all current and future digital initiatives
  • Actively monitor competitive activities, create and disseminate a competitive analysis dashboard on an on-going regular basis


  • Bachelor’s degree
  • 4+ years of related experience
  • Must be able to work with cross-functional teams and different personalities
  • Results-driven attitude with an entrepreneurial spirit and a professional demeanor
  • Strong project management skills
  • Able to manage many details with ease and accuracy
  • Ability to prioritize, manage and drive multiple projects
  • Aptitude and interest in high-tech, social and digital trends
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
  • Experience with Digital Marketing and Social Media Marketing a must
  • Familiarity with Photoshop and graphic design a plus
  • Experience with Chinese social platforms (WeChat, Weibo, etc.) a plus
  • Mandarin Chinese is a MUST
