Responsibilities:

  • Handle all community management and customer service requests across 2 menswear brands/labels
  • Post content across channels seven days a week
  • Develop monthly content calendars to align with retail and promotional calendars
  • Define, implement, and execute global digital marketing strategy and budget to drive business results
  • Partner and communicate with 30+ external licensees including high level management to offer strategy and ensure key messaging and events are included in the global social/digital strategy and calendars
  • Develop quarterly promotional calendars including eBlasts and eCommerce updates to drive traffic and conversions
  • Manage paid media
  • Develop shot lists for quarterly and seasonal content shoots
  • Liase with creative team on strategy, creative asset development for online marketing programs
  • Report on top/lowest performing content to inform creative team for future content shoots and asset development
  • Develop and execute contests and sweepstakes around key selling seasons/events
  • Manage outside agencies (digital and eCommerce) to devise key strategies to support brand/retail goals, ensure KPI metrics are achieved and promoted according to brand standards
  • Develop and manage successful marketing programs for all digital media including paid search, email display, affiliate programs as measured by ROAS,
  • ROI analysis, and goals
  • Monitor, analyze, and report on performance for paid search, digital display, paid social, and affiliate channels
  • Analyze potential partnerships brought through third parties
  • Analyze and circulate weekly performance metrics and recommendations to
  • COO, President, and SVP of Brand Management and Merchandising for all brands
  • Share weekly eCommerce reports and provide actionable insights to improve traffic and conversion
  • Act as the key stakeholder in overall global brand message and management strategy
  • Develop influencer marketing program to increase brand awareness/interest in a modern and innovative way
  • Research, locate, and engage potential influencers across channels and collaborate with them to develop new and engaging content on behalf of the brand
  • Optimize, implement, and manage set of processes, timelines, work products, including identifying new potential brand partners/influencers, key product pushes, and inventory management
  • Work with licensees to manage product trafficking for online influencer opportunities
  • Plan, implement, and attend events (i.e. influencer dinners, store openings, etc.)
  • Handle all live posting at events
  • Participate in big idea meetings to help ideate strategic ideas/campaigns to grow brands presence
  • Work with cross functional teams on strategy and plans to support key retail accounts
  • Identify, develop, and execute digital marketing programs to drive foot traffic and interest to retail/concept stores
  • Ensure all campaigns are optimized and tested to achieve the best results
  • Provide input around campaign planning based on social/digital results of previous campaigns
  • Research and stay ahead of best practices, digital innovation, strategies, and industry standards, exploring new digital opportunities and formulating proposals for how they can be leveraged for each brand
  • Stay abreast of competitive behavior and trends

Requirements:

  • Experience in men's apparel highly preferred
  • Shopify experience highly preferred
  • Experience with both content creation and analytics  
  • In-depth experience posting across all platforms (twitter, facebook, instagram, youtube, etc.)
  • Entrepreneurial spirit & true interest in social & digital marketing
  • Bachelor’s Degree
  • At least 5 years of experience in digital marketing
  • Digital thought leader & active in the social media space
  • Fashion experience a must
  • Strong writing & communication skills
  • Collaborative, team player, with an entrepreneurial spirit
  • Metric driven, logical, creative and curious
  • Strong project management & organizational skills
  • Ready to learn, grow, multi-task, and adapt in a fast-paced environment
