- In partnership with CSC Management, observe talent and provide feedback on employee/departmental development opportunities.
- Assess business metrics to identify training needs to improve operational efficiencies.
- Proactively benchmark competitor brands to gain and share knowledge of best practices.
- Support Department in driving client satisfaction through applied learning by way of scheduled and active observation and coaching to the team members.
- Travel between NJ and SF Facilities.
- Previous experience in delivering sales, service and product training within a call center/retail environment.
- Strong presentation skills.
- Independent worker and takes initiatives.

- Team Player.
- Microsoft proficient.
- Strong planning and Organizational skills.
- Ecommerce awareness.
