Responsibilities: 

  • In partnership with CSC Management, observe talent and provide feedback on employee/departmental development opportunities.
  • Assess business metrics to identify training needs to improve operational efficiencies.
  • Proactively benchmark competitor brands to gain and share knowledge of best practices.
  • Support Department in driving client satisfaction through applied learning by way of scheduled and active observation and coaching to the team members.
  • Travel between NJ and SF Facilities.

Requirements:

  • Previous experience in delivering sales, service and product training within a call center/retail environment.
  • Strong presentation skills.
  • Independent worker and takes initiatives.
  • Motivational and Inspiring.
  • Team Player.
  • Microsoft proficient.
  • Strong planning and Organizational skills.
  • Ecommerce awareness.

Salary: Dependent on experience.
