Responsibilities:

  • Ensure international and retail orders are processed with accurate paperwork
  • Issue replacements and credit memos
  • Act as main point of contact for customer inquiries, order status, quality issues and delivery issues
  • Work with supply chain to understand production timelines 
  • Review customer orders
  • Partner with sales and planning teams to provide real time updates
  • Become proficient in NetSuite and 3PL Central

Qualifications:

  • Minimum two-year degree and/or two years of relevant experience
  • Excellent written and communication skills
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office Outlook, Word, and PowerPoint.
  • Strong Excel skills
  • High level of responsiveness
