- Answering all customer inquiries via email, phone, and chat in a timely and professional manner.
- Process customer orders, returns, and create and maintain customer accounts.
- Maintain and possess working knowledge of all digital systems
- Liaison with shipping carriers for customer delivery issues
- Use CRM tool to log and create cases to track and all customer service inquiries.
Requirements: Must have experience working with ERP, and be familiar with Magento, Shopify or other well-known eCommerce platform
